I have booked hebron transports on 19.09.15 for travelling on 27.09 15 .I was asked to report for 5.o clock since the bus will depart on 5.30 .I was on time there . But they said the bus was left at 4.o clock . The receptionist who was in bangalore office was the worst customer support executive I have ever seen . Pls change him for the improvement of your transport .the worst transport and I will not use your service anymore. Was this information helpful? |
