Hebron Transport — Poor Service

I booked a bus service of "Hebron Transportation" through redbus to travel from Bangalore to Chennai. The timings of the bus were 5:05 AM and my reporting time was 4:50 AM. I reached at my boarding point (Silk Board) ahead of time and i was waiting for the bus when i got the message that bus would be late about 15 minutes. After waiting till 5: 20, i called driver. The driver asked me to wait for another 10 minutes. When i realized it was more than ten minutes, i called the driver again. The driver said that he had crossed the "Silk Board" stop. Obviously, i was annoyed, since i had been waiting for 1 hour now. I told him to wait for me and share is location so that i could reach there and board the bus from there itself. The bus driver told me to reach at Bomanallee Stop. When i reached there, i could not find him and then called him again. He told me to come at Electronic City. When i reached there, i called him, but the guy did not pick up the call and i had to return back. This was the worst experience. The auto driver charged Rs 650, i did not get the bus and i missed an important meeting. I want the company to refund my ticket amount as it was not my fault that i missed the bus. Had a worst experience with Hebron transport ...very poor customer service ... No proper communication ... Contact no given by them was switched off at the time of boarding ... Wants only money ...
