Hebron Transports — Bad experience

Hi,

I had a very bad experience with Hebron Transport. Date of travel, 23/11/2015. The journey was from Koyambedu, Chennai to Bangalore. Bus departure time mentioned on e-ticket was 11.30 pm. I reached at their office 11.10 pm. At 11.30 pm one bus came which we were told its 10 pm bus which got delayed. At. 12.15 pm another bus came which was scheduled to depart at 11 pm. Finally the bus which I booked for 11.30 pm arrived at 1.15 p.m. We were kept to wait for more than 90 minutes. There was no apologize from transports side. Many people were complaining for not picking their phone calls. No free water bottle were provided which normally use to provide. On the whole It was really low standard service from their side.
