Helios And Matheson — FD repayment not done

I had invested in Fixed Deposit ('FD') with the company in the name of my daughter and my wife. The FDs were maturing in November 2014. However, I have not yet received the repayment amount from them. I had also visited their Andheri office in December 2014 and filed a written request for repayment of the FDs as the earliest as I have my daughter's wedding and was assured that the repayment would be done within 3 months. However, I have not heard back from them. Their Andheri office seems to have been shut down and they are also not reachable at their Chennai office. Would like to inform you that the interest payments were received on time and there was no default in the same. Please let me know the further course of action. I am really in need of this money. If you need any further information please do let me know.
