Below FDR/TDR principal and interest cheque got bounced saying "Insufficient Fund" which debited Rs.240 for each cheque as the return charges. Principal Amt TDR No. Maturity Dt 400000 CDB051225 28-Feb-15 350000 CDB051221 5-Mar-15 300000 CDB051140 11-Feb-15 In this situation how I need to proceed to get back these amount along with their interest? On no proper response/procedure we will file complaint with "Ministry of Corporate Affairs".

Now, all the complaints regarding Delay of Maturity & Interest amount in Fixed Deposits, are to be filed with Ministry of Corporate Affairs only.You can file the complaint online as per below process:
Step 1: Visit the Ministry of Corporate Affairs website and select the Menu Option (MCA Services)(Link: http://www.mca.gov.in/MinistryV2/index.html )
Step 2: Go to complaints menu there choose "Create Investor Complaint"http://www.mca.gov.in/DCAPortalWeb/dca/EFormDisplay.do?method=getForm&contentId=1021&taskID=9501
Step 3: E-Form (in pdf) will be opened. Enter all details as required in the e-form along with the img code, click "check form" and save to your local.
Step 4: Enter CIN of the company and press Button: Pre Fill. You can Find CIN of the company by opening the link below:http://www.mca.gov.in/DCAPortalWeb/dca/MyMCALogin.do?method=setDefaultProperty&mode=14
Step 5: Create your login and Submit Check Form Button and upload the e-form after filling it completely.
Step 6: SR No. will be generated after submitting the complaint, which can be used for future reference.
