[Resolved]  Helios And Matheson — Not paying Final Settlement Amount to employee

It has been more than 3 months since my last working day at Helios and Matheson and I have it in written and signed emails that they have promised to pay me the final settlement amount within 40 days of my exit. But They have not yet paid and after repeated follow ups they fail to credit the amount. They also don't respond or give any information professionally and it appears as if they don't want to give me my hard earned money back. I am tired of following up every single day for almost 2 months now. I have called and emailed them daily asking for information and follow ups. I am going for further studies and in dire need of the money. It is harassment!
