I have ordered products through Herbalife Order Number 3I00428466 of Rs 3, 883/- on 2nd Nov. Order was to be delivered within 5 days. I was asked to send Road permit of Jharkhand. I had recd earlier consignments without the same. Being individual, I could not send the same and asked for refund. Not yet recd the consignment. Neither received the payment back.
