Hero GoodLife Program — Dealer not providing gift

Hi, I have been chasing the Shweta Motors, Kausa, Mumbra for gift on my GoodLife card from March 2015. Each time I asked them for a gift they make some excuses like computer formatted, internet/server down, etc. At Konkan Motors, Kherdi, Chiplun they also refuses to provide me gift stating that my card has been renewed in Mumbai, therefore some Mumbai dealer will only be able to provide the gifts. I have been GoodLife member since July 2009. Up to date I haven't received any gifts on my card.
