Hero Honda Bike — spare part found defulty

i am puches a chouk cable from hoshangabad show room and worker issue it cann't put but after 2 day i am go another show room seoni malwa but that chouk wire has jaam like old one and both show room not take any responsability about spare please help me. they take lebour charge and they have no spare for install on my bike.my bike no. is mp04mx3198 and there worker not good manner ie. miss behave. kindly help me.
