Hero Motocorp — Bad tyre in new bike

I purchased a new hero Splender plus bike from Sehgal Automobiles 18/2, Mathura road, Faridabad (H.R) on 20/10/16. I noticed after 2 days wobbling in my back tyre. I go Agency for checking on 24/10/16. They checked the bike and says problem solved but i noticed the problem as it is. Then the same day i called to agency but they says this is the time of diwali session so you will come after diwali. I go again on 6/11/2016 they say it was not our problem, it is the problem of ceat tyres because the wobbling is in tyre not in wheel according to sehgal agency service department. then i call ceat customer care. then they check and says its tyre problem. But now they have not any new tyre and they will change after some time. and they will charge According to tym period. so pls change my tyre as soon as possible.
