Hero Motocorp — Misrepresentation, misbehavour & ill treatment by front desk employee during collecting boarding pass | |||
Hi, I am a frequent flier of yr flight. Earlier I was employed with ICICI Bank. If you are having a data base, plz check, how many times I have boarded yr flight in recent past through Corporate Booking .Till date i was very satisfied cm untill this incident occured. Details of complaint Booked Flight No.6E-271 dtd: 14 Oct.was scheduled for banglore from Kolkata .Arrived at Kolkata AIRPORT at 5.45 am went for scanning of baggage . Reached the boarding kisok at 5.52 am.Not allowed to board the flight . Booked a another flight 6E 345 by paying Rs 3200 extra above the earlier ticket price of Rs 8208/- to Miss Anupama at front desk .while paying the extra amount to book a another flight I used the word " itna dena parega", on which yr staff Mr.Rajib at front desk accused me o[censored]sing abusive word .when I protested against him & wanted to know which word offended him or what was the abusive word in the sentence, he kept on saying I am not allowed to say a word to him When I wanted to compalin, I was informed that there are no complaint form available instead another staff called Mr.Rahul misguided me & given me the customer feedback form duly filled & signed by one of the cm iinstead of the complaint form & when I questioned him about the compliant form he challenged me to complain against him also for misguiding & providing wrong info to customer ( me) Mr. Rahul & Mr.Rajib ill treated me, accused me o[censored]sing abusive words ( though no abusive word ever was used by me to front desk lady Miss Anupama.)Both refused to apologize & instead challenged that complaint will not have any impact. Request you to confirm from the lady employee miss Anupama, whether any wrong / abusive words were ever used to her by me. I took the picture of Mr.Rajib so that I could send the pics of him during my complaint, but I was told to delete it as this is against the policy.Pics of him was deleted infront of Mr.Rajib himself. Plz check the CCTV footage if required for any clarifications Request you to look into this matter and take necessary actions so required as per yr "Code of Ethics" . Also wanted to know from Mr.Rajib which word offended him or what what was the abusive word which i used against the lady Miss Anupama. If it's proved that no abusive word was used by me, I would like to have a written apology both from Rajib & Rahul . By profession I am a Chartered Accountant & Company Secretary. It really hurts to a professional sentiments if someone accused without any reason & instead of apology, starts challenging the person & the entire system. I would like to have yr revert as promptly as possible in respect of this incident My next flight is schedule at 9.45 am.. Was this information helpful? | |||
