Hero Motocorp — Vehicle not getting mileage

I had purchased hero splendour + 6 months back but till now I am not getting mileage from my bike I had complain about the same to my nearest servicing centre but they are not not responding later they told me complain to manufacturing unit of hero.l had posted a letter to hero manufacturing 4 units one month before but I haven't got any response now I am not getting I to do plz help me...
