Hero Motocorp — silencer cover not provided

I have bought my hero glamour from Chauhan automotive Durg (C.G) on 23rd wlr this year on the time of purchase they said we are short of silencer cover now so come after 2 days After 2 days they said silencer cover is still not available we will give u at 1st servicing time.after 1st servicing still they hadn't provided me silencer cover.and now its been 2 month n rainy season has started therefore the cover is very much mandatory to avoid direct contact with rain.plz help ...
