[Resolved]  Hewlett-packard Company — Worst customer service

My laptop has been detected wi-fi problem. I complain in their customer care to repair this on toll free number. They send a technician to repair from ensure service center, 10, wood street, Kolkata. But he(suvankar) failed to repair. He billed to replaced wi-fi lan card. But from that day(14th aug) no visit to me. When i call on service center" they said "yes, sir our technician will visit soon." but no technician even present. I missed my college for 2 days for this fake words on waiting.My warranty period is limited on 12th september, 2015. Don't know whether i will get response from hp within this period. But one thing i will never buy hp again.
