I am lokesh kumawat. . I am a old customer of hp. I face a problem with hp printer m1005. Kaafi try kar raha hu scaner work nhi kr rha. Complaint call bhi likhai gayi thi, lekin koi responce nhi mila. . Hp se ek service k liye excutive bhi aaya tha and he is saying "kitni bar batau ki part ki problam hai part abhi tak nhi aaya wapas call na kare" acording these line mujhe to printer utha k road par through kr dena chaiye. .
