hello i was buy a hp laptop in 21/09/2012 company provide some gift the gift is 2 year warranty i am submit online i rec. a Redemption Code is '5223385' this code & all the document send in hp office in gurgaon or noida some one . this is my Product Serial No '5cd2196fwm' but the problem is company rejected my Gift claim "2nd Year Warranty" & hp customer support are saying your not send Original Bar coded OK i agree but your call me say that i send the bar code sticker so how to solve it . my mob. no. is [protected] & mail id is [protected]@hotmail.com. thank you regard by yogesh bagga
