[Resolved]  Hewlett Packard (HP) — complaint against HP

Respected Sir/Madam, My name is PRADEEP SINGH GOSAIN. I bought a new HP laser jet M1005 MFP printer/scanner on 28 April 2014. On the product box it written clearly that supporting operating system is Window & Mac 10.3 or higher. So I bought it. When I install the driver it says, NOT SUPPORTED in MAC 10.8.5. So I call the customer support. They told me that this particular product is not supported in your machine because of mac compatible issue. So I told to them, before purchasing I see specification on the box, that is why I bought it. Now they told me that, this will not going to work...its not our fault at all... So I what I am suppose to do, because I bought it for my mac machine for Rs.11350/- Now Its a complete waste of money & time. So please help me out of this as soon as if possible.
