I had raised multiple complaints for my HP Envy laptop from 10th March 2014 but still
my problem is not resolved. Below are the details of each case:
I did a fresh installation of windows 8 pro on my computer to resolve the issue and
also updated all the drivers and BIOS of my computer. But The problem was not resolved
Case1: Case ID [protected]
I was facing problems with my wifi connection on my laptop. The Connection status of my
wifi goes limited occasionally and the only option to get the connection back was to
disable to wifi adaptor and enabling it again. So I raised a complaint regarding the
issue with HP Customer Care.
HP's engineer visited my place and checked if all the drivers are updated. All my
drivers were updated. He also cleaned the dust of my laptop fan and he went back. The
next day I started seeing flickering on my laptop screen. I have never faced any problem
with my laptop screen. I observed the flickering Occasionally on my laptop. So I Contact
the HP Engineer "Vinod". He came 2-3 days later and cleaned my laptop fan and went.
This case was closed on[protected]. My problem was not resolved! but HP employees still
closed my case. The only option available with me was to open a new case.
Case2: Case ID: [protected]
This time the case was registered as wifi issue and Flickering screen.
Mr. Vinod was here and he replaced the WiFi adaptor of my laptop and went. The same
night I faced the problem again with wifi and flickering screen. but still the case was
closed on 27th March 2014. I was still facing problem with my laptop. but HP employees
still closed my case. The only option available with me was to open a new case.
Case3: Case ID [protected]
The issue was still the same.
I didn't hear from HP for a long time. got a call from HP Engineer on[protected] and he
told me that HP service Centre is no more in work and my case was closed on[protected]
(why HP uses third party service provider who cannot provide the service?) "I WAS STILL
FACING PROBLEM WITH MY LAPTOP" but HP employees still closed my case. The only option
available with me was to open a new case.
Case 4: Case ID: [protected]
The issue was still the same Wifi limited connectivity and flickering on the screen
A new engineer came and tried updating the drivers of my laptop but failed as they were
already updated. Told everything is fine and went. I did inform HP that the problem was
occasionally. After the engineer left I still observed the same problem on my laptop and
made a video of the problem as a proof. What else do I have to do now? I have 3 year
warranty from HP and just after 1 year my laptop is not working and HP engineers are
