Hp agent had come to fix my laptop keyboard. After that problem was resolved, I asked him how to fix my laptops battery. I faced a black screen error with power button light blinking on my HP Laptop 2 months back (it has been logged as power issue as am unaware of the actual issue). I called customer care and later one engineer came to home and did replace battery and it worked fine. Then again within a week the same issue happened.
