We have received 6 HP PCs from Registrar General of India through M/S Softlabs Solutions, 139, G.Floor, Mohammad Pur, Near Bhikaji Cama Palace, New Delhi 110066 on 06.02.2013. At present Two PCs with model number i7 and serial numbers INA250sw43 and INA250SW6V are not working. We already informed this matter through HP toll free number. But no action has taken sofar.
