Hex World Devisha Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd — Delayed in possession of flat

Dear Sir, I would like to bring to your kind notice that I have booked the flat on 13 November 2010 in Armstrong builder by deposit of initial deposit amount of Rs.60, 000/- (Receipt No. D[protected] dated[protected] for book 2BHK flat, the total cost of flat consideration of Rs. 30, 00, 000/- ( Rupees Thirty Lakhs Only) . They issue me the letter of intent on 10 April 2011, with reservation of flat no. 0805 (2BHK) on the 8Th Floor in Building No. 8 in their proposed project known as HEX WORLD with demand of10% amount of cost of the flat, positive response to that letter I had paid Rs. 2, 47, 725/- (Receipt No. D[protected]/01 dated[protected] to them. They promise to give us possession within three years .They also told us that as soon as the plinth level complete we should pay 5% of the payment. But from that day they only complete the plinth level and whenever I asked about the work every time they give me false commitment. I have my all my payment receipt with me. I have already paid amount of Rs.60000+247725 on 11 may 2010 and 28 may 2011 respectively. Further, when I talked in the office they told us that the work will start soon, but since last two three years we cannot able to connect with them.
