High5store India — Received defective saree

Hi.. Recently I hav purchased saree from HIGH5STORE but the saree is defective . I requested them to collect the defective product and refund my amount of rs.1030. First instance they said they will arrange an pick up of the product in this week. But I have not yet heard anything from them and no one came to pick up the product. I m continuously sending emails . the phone number is not reachable which they hav provided on their website. I don't want defective product . I want my money back. Henceforth I ll not buy from such websites. Plz help me to get my money.
