Hinduja Leyland Finance — Delay in refund of Wrongly debited ECS amount

Hi all. I have taken finance from Hinduja Finance to buy Bajaj Pulsar. Mode of loan repayment is ECS. They have wrongly debited another persons ECS amount from my bank account. When I reached their executive and told them about my issue, they say wil do wil do.. Bt 15 days passed, they have not worked on it. This is the 2nd time they have debited wrong ECS.. They are just delaying my refund by giving silly excuses..
