Sir, I, Sri Koti Chandra Nayak want to say that I had purchased a mahindera bolero plus (Regd. No: OR/11/K/2229), which was financed in 2011 from your company( Acc No: BUD00006, PO[protected]. I had paid my last instalment amount in April, 2015. Though i have completed all my instalment amount, so i had applied for NOC Certificate for the above said vechile in the same month (i.e. April, 2015). But the officials present in your office (dist: balasore, odisha) are not cooperating with me and tried many a times troubleshuting for getting the NOC.
