Respected sir, I am R.chandrasekhar from Vijayawada of Andhra Pradesh, I have taken two wheeler loan for Rs31500/- I have paid Rs 42970/- by installments, But I have not yet got the NOC for my vehicle, Please look after my transactions and issue the NOC. One of your executives named Mr.Chalama reddy, told me in January 2014 that I have paid excess amount and he would provide the NOC. But still I have not yet got the NOC, last month your another executive called me and said that I have due of Rs1650/-. I have received your statement, in that it is clearly mentioned that I have paid Rs42970/- by installments, but today your executive Mr.Ravi visited our house and asked to pay the due amount of Rs 6600/-, Actually I got a call from your head office Chennai, told that my due is Rs 4800/-, today I went to your branch office to know the exact amount, they told us due amount is Rs7400/- now I want settle my account.
