Dear sir,
I had booked a refill lpg gas on 27th july 2016 with booking number 388567 through mobile app.
In mobile application its updated as 'delivered' on 31st july with cashmere number 187709. But yet gas has not delivered.
I'm following up since 3 weeks but the agency/dealer is stating that in application, its automatically updated, so worries, will be delivered today. But not getting delivered yet.
I raised the complaint on 9th aug 2016 with complaint number 16100571 and today i received mail stating that they belief that issue is resolved.
Yet neither gas delivered nor anyone has contacted me.
Hence requesting you to look into the issue at the earliest.
