I have not getting my gas subsidy even after delivery of gas cylinder.

Consumer no. 651696
Distributor name - kay cee and co., ludhiana.

In system it is showing that i have opted to give up subsidy, but here i wish to clarify i didn't opted to give up the subsidy.

Kindly look into the matter and advise us in this matter.
