I am H P Gas consumer. Submitted Aadhar No. and all documents to my bank and LPG distributor on Dec. 24, 2014. But till now subsidies are nor transferred to my bank account. HPCL is supplying defective cylinders for LPG customers which are found to have leaks. Though the rubber gasket is in place, a constant smell of LPG raised my doubts.
