Complaint about - LAXMI GAS SERVICE-KURLA[protected]
I had booked refill on 13 March 2015, booking no. 828096. The refill was not received despite the follow up. After 17 days, I was told that the booking was not accepted by the system. If so, how was the booking number generated ...
I booked the refill again on 30 March 2015, booking no. 533870, to which I got message (SMS) of generation of cash memo no. 166944 on 30/3/2015 at 21.36 hrs. I was told that the agency has delivered bookings till 28/3/2015 till that day.. that is 30/3/2015 . The refill is still not delivered as on today (1 April 2015) upon inquiring am told that the agency "Laxmi Gas" has wiped off the data till 31/03/2015 and I need to book the refill again...
If the cash memo was already generated on 30/3, how is that the refill was not delivered and how the data can be wiped off ? Even if it is so, the refill should have been delivered, as the cash memo was already generated...
So now technically I have two bookings for which I have not received any cylinder, would like to know where are those two cylinders ... sold at higher cost ? obviously...
It has happened for the third time in last FY that the confirmed bookings were not delivered by the agency... you need to clarify to me.. where are the cylinders going.. and also have a check if the agency is selling the cylinders in the black market.
The agency guys are very rude, keep beating around the bush and give silly excuses for non-delivery of refills. Often have to follow up for refill delivery and re-book the refill.
