I pour diesel in our vehicle worth rs. 2400 which cash memo no. Is 8117 on dated 08/07/2014they charged me twice rs. 2400 from my credit card & told that mistakenly the card swipe twice. & rs. 2400 will be refunded in to 2 days. I confirm from my bank that 2400/- rs. Has been charge twice. The amount is not refund till today.The service staff was very arrogant while i was asking for my refund or a note. They did fight with me. I called at given no. (There was a board on which the no. Was written for complaint), they told me that it happens many times due to problem in swiping machine. Your amount will be refunded into 2 days.I want my refund back. Please look into the matter & reply me
