Res/Sir, I humble request to late delivery of domestic gas cylinder supply by Kothari store, gorelal chouk, Gondia, whose distributor code 960140 and my consumer No. 603730. It is found that I book my requization for cylinder dated 20.09.2014 after one month HP gas booking No.262684, Its delivery cash memo 132438 is prepared dated 20.10.2014 after one month and till date 29.10.2014 not supply to my home. It cylinde supply process is very poor and for one cylinder if company and distributor take 40 days it very lazy process . If I want to take personnaly then kotharis store godaun 10 km away from my home. This supply process disturb to my office work and my home kitchen work, Could I appeal to consumer court if not supply today to my home. Thanks.
