Persently, as per Company+Goverment new policy, the amount of subsidy is to remitt directly to Consumers Bank account. The problem arises before me is at completing certain forms e.g. KYC/PAHAL/DBTL.Since my academic institutions upto Ration card, Voters ID, Aadhar card, Property ownership focuments and all Bank's accounts, everywhere, my full name "Shah Nawaz Ahmad has been used and mentioned.Therefore, please guide me for the temedies.So that I can avail my next refill. Thanks.
