It has come to light that the subject dealer is collecting un-authorized Fee from Rs: 250/- to 2500/- with out issue of any sort of receipt in Amendment of any Consumers Surname and adjoining of ADAAR number in consumers account. The Dealer's Manager / Clerk Mr Srinivas is also threatening / Black mailing to consumers that if amount not paid then GAS supply will be discontinued. Hence, the Authority is requested to kindly stop such sort of malpractice, as our Visakhapatnam District Collector has recently issued media notice to the public, that no consumer is to pay any sort of fee for adding of ADAAR number. It will be highly appreciated if the Dealer will be cautioned and Mr Srinivas to be removed from that Dealer Ship office, as he is the main corrupt for this complete racket. Best REgards CONSUMER
