Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited — Non delivery of cylinder

My consumer no. Is 608386. I have booked gas many times since last 2 month but each and every time, result is the same, no delivery. My last 3 Booking order reference no is-: [protected] [protected] [protected] Against the booking of cylinder, when we contact to the officials, they keep on saying that when your number come, the delivery will be done. They do not given me refill since last 2 month. Black marketing is might be the very reason for the same. So You are requested to help and guide me. Thank you.

I have booked a cylinder on 16th February, 2015 ( booking No.511760) but I have not received the delivery till today. I live in Coonoor, The Nilgiris, Tamil Nadu. My area is serviced by M/s Selva Vinayagar Agency, Coonoor. I have almost daily making calls but the agency has the repeated answer that they not received the load. Today I go the message that the cylinder will be delivered today but postponed to tomorrow for the reasons known only to them. We have no source of alternate fuel in this region and we solely depend upon gas line. There is lot of advertisement for speed delivery of the cylinder claimed by the company but in reality it is not.

Could you please intervene and help me out to get the cylinder.
