Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited — Non delivery of LPG and no response from HP any time and gas agency

My LPG consumer no is 600751 Refill was booked on 21/03/2015 booking number 506584. Till today there is no information on delivery of the Gas Moreover the agency i have registered is Sri Raja Rajeswary agencies, velachery chennai tel ;[protected], 22430811. There numbers are never answered or connected last 10 days. Even the HP on line number [protected] does not give status and gives an automated response as unable to take my status request. Urgently need the gas delivered and also kindly ensure both the HP any time number and gas agency numbers do respond to customer calls
