My consumer no. is 603485. and lpg ID is[protected]. My HP gas distributor is Sanika enterprises, baripada, mayurbhanj, Odisha. I have received cylinder refilled on 12/02/2015 for rs. 670/-. I have submitted all the required documents to bank and distributor. But till date i have not received subsidy on the same cylinder.
