Sir, Vide my Registered letter dated 06/04/15 to CPIO, HPCL, Opp: AU 'IN' Gate, VizagI requested to furnish the information under RTI and a reminder sent to him on 05/05/15 again requesting him to furnish the information sought for. It is regret to inform you that till date I have not yet received any communication from him till date. Now I would like to bring the issue to the RTI Commissioner, Andhra Pradesh, I think who is the Appellate Authority. Please advise me what course of action should I take in this connection?
