Hindustan Times — cheque paid on 28 oct 2014 but not getting ht coupon

i hv paid my cheque of rs. 699 as on 28 october 2014. I hv received sms that, coupon has been send by India speed post EMS no. EA[protected]IN. But when i tracked ems, there i saw message "no consignment found." I spoke to one Mr. Krishna[protected] and also sms my ems detail to him as on 5th January 2015. But neither he responded my sms or ems nor he responded to our vendor raghupati ( K Alwar[protected] [protected]).
