Dear Concern, Take it seriously, Read it Full. & Reply other wise I have to choose another options to get the services for which I had paid my hard earned money. I had made Payment of Rs. 1500/- in the month of Feb.2015 via ICICI Chq, for your scheme of One Year Subscription coupons for English Hindustan Times and some Passes of KOD, which I had not received till now & your One Manager named AJAY (Mobile No. [protected]) is misguiding me again and again from past one month. I made a complaint on 17th June 2015 at your complaint No. 011 – 60004242 via complaint No. 94, Customer Care Executive is Deepak. Since then I had made contacts regularly on 19/06/15 with Dishant, on27/06/2015 with Some another, on 29/06/2015 with Deepak he says coupans will be delivered in 8-10 days, then again on 08/07/2015 with Dishant, he suggested to write a mail on [protected]@hindustantimes.com I mail my concern again on that mail & got reply that we are working on your request, Then Some Executive named SARASWATI give me 5-6 calls on different days from Tel No. [protected] & every time asked whether I had received the coupons or not and I have to reply “NO” again and again. Now the Main Problem starts when an Another EXECUTIVE of yours Called me on 17th July 2015, his name is AJAY from Mobile No. [protected], (Email : [protected]@gmail.com) he is saying that I am the manager here, he said that we had received your complaint and sending u the stuff again, He is misguiding me again and again by telling that your stuff is couriered tomorrow, I had give him 50-60 calls since then almost twice every day but he has another excuse every time, ask Sorry every time and again promises to send the revert next tomorrow aground 11.30 or 12.00 pm. Some time he says your stuff will be couriered, some times he says that I am sending the stuff with my field boy, some tyime he says I have to check my Sahibabad office for your concern, some times he says the courier is received at your address, if not received by you I can send it again as these are the non transferable coupons, means lots of excuses. Tha same is happing again and again, since 17th July, I told him several time that if there any problem tell me the true picture of the story, but every time that guy is telling that Sir, please believe me, your problem will be sorted by tomorrow, but that tomorrow never came, I have his Voice Recordings and SMSs also, regarding his false committeemen’s if you want I can send them to u, Now, Since 2-3 days he is not picking my phone and sending SMS that I am not in town, now again he send the same SMS. But now I am fed up with the follow-up of this complaint, My news paper vender also harassing me again and again as he want the monthly coupons for his papers.
