[Resolved]  Hindustan Times — demand of Rs 25 per month by newspaper vendor as delivery charge on annually subscibed HT for Rs 699/-

Hi, I had subscibed HT newspaper for 1 year wef 1st November 2013 to 31st October 2014 vide Coupon No. HT 2554874 and booking date 25.09.2013.I had made payment of Rs 699/-. Now newspaper vendor of IP Extension Patparganj Delhi 92 area Mr Mishra is demanding Rs 25/ per month as delivery charges wef 01.07.2014. Plz clarify. Regards Neeraj Jain #[protected]
