Hindustan Times — increased price inspite of having old price at newspaper

With due respect I would like to bring to your notice that hindustan time (english) is being charged Rs 5 inspite of having rate Rs 3 in the newspaper in VIKASNAGAR, DEHRADUN (UK) ...Due to this increased rate many of the customers have stopped purchasing your esteemed newspaper... i would like you to please look in this matter as why this increase of price occured... hoping for a reply...
