Hi, I stay in sector 78 of mohali (Punjab) Minor scuffle with the local newspaper vendor with regard to advance payment of monthly newspaper led me to put this complaint. We dismiss his services and talked to other newspaper vendor and came to know that the earlier vendor told him not to give us newspaper. We are in need of daily newspaper Hindustan Times.
