Hindustan Times — Non Receipt of 2 years HT News paper subscription coupons

I have made a payment of Rs. 988/- via cheque no. 009588 dt.01/12/2014 in favor of "HT Media Limited" drawn on Central Bank of India, Nehru Nagar Branch, for subscription of Hindustan Times Newspaper for two years and my cheque has been cleared on 18/12/2014. . However so far I have not received any reply or coupons from you. My newspaper vendor has stopped supplying me with the Hindustan Times Newspapers from December’14 onwards. Hence I request you to send me the subscription coupons or refund me the amount immediately. Prakaash N. Gulve
