Hindustan Times — Non receipt of coupons for Annual Subscription

i have paid Rs 799 vide cheque no. 424534 payable at ICICI Bank on 1st February to news paper vendor as annual subscription offer for one year, vide reciept no. 1053867. The money was debited from account within a week but i am still waiting for the coupons even after one & a half month.
