I am giving below details of the various SMS received from your organization from the period 13th September 2015. I would request you to kindly spare your time to read this which will give you the reason why I am sending this e-mail to you. Yesterday I had a telephonic conversation with your Mr. Kalidas who adviced me to send the e-mail on my grievances. The SMS received from you on various dates are given below: 1. 13/9/15 Dear Reader, your HT subscription has lapsed. to resubscribe @Rs 799/yr, give us a missed call @[protected] and get a NUMERO UNO wallet worth Rs 699 free. Sender: AM-HTMUMB 2. 13/9/15 Dear Reader, thank you for showing interest in Hindustan times subscription. Our executive will contact your over this weekend Sender: AD-MISCAL 3. 30/9/15 Dear Reader, your subscription form has been received and is under process. HT media Ltd. Sender: AD-HTMUMB. 4. 19/10/15 Dear Reader HT/Mint Subs coupon has been sent thru Speed post EMS No. ea[protected]in. To track log on to www.indiapost.gov.in/tracking.aspx. HT Media Ltd. 5. 12/10/15 Dear Reader, your HT/Mint subscription coupon has been delivered through speed post, if not received pls sms [protected]@[protected] or call us @[protected] 6. 14/10/15 Welcome to Hindustan Times. Pls rate your HT subscription experience by giving a free Missed call @[protected] of delighted or else @[protected] if annoyed To the above message I sent a missed call to telephone number [protected] which denotes my annoyance. 7. 14/10/15 Thank you for your response. We regret the inconvenience caused to you. We will get back to you shortly. Regards, Hindustan Times. After receiving the above message your organization did not bother to contact me to find out what was my grievance. I, on my own, telephoned your organization on 15/10/15 and told the person on the line about the subscription collected by me and your failure to send the gift promised in the first SMS dated 13/9/15 sent to me.. The person mentioned to me that the gift has already been dispatched and I would get the same within the next seven days. From 14/10/15 till now, I have made calls to your office every week on the subject and received same reply. It was after I got the last identical reply, I telephoned to Mr. Kalidas on 07/11/15 and under his advice this e-mail is sent to you. Please note that I don't care for the gift. The purpose of sending this mail is to make you understand that you have cheated a subscriber and also humiliated him. That is the reason I am sending this e-mail to you so that the issue is taken up with persons concerned so that such a situation does not repeat. Regards, Mr. K.J.Shetty Mumbai [protected]
