I Dr k k jethani would like to state that I have been promoted 3 years less than otherwise I would have been in seniority.the fact is due to sheer negligence on part of the then additional director CGHS South zone r k Puram sector 8 New Delhi Dr Rekha Aggarwal.i have worked as a chief medical officer under said officer.the additional director without giving a prior thought had assigned my annual confidential report standing from good to satisfactory, even not commenting a word about her judgement.this all lead to a break in promotion for a period of 3 years.i would therefore like to get back my seniority of 3 lost years.i am working as a doctor under CGHS additional director South zone r k Puram sector 8 New Delhi and am due to retire next December.
