We were issued subject serial number[protected] set of 12 coupons from your organisation. Till date 10 coupons have been accepted by you. But the coupon for February 2015 has been returned by the vendor saying that it has been termed DUPLICATE by you. It amazes us that out of lot of 12 coupons how come one coupon is duplicate. Whatever we have handed to the vendor has been issued by you only. How come the question of DUPLICATE arises? Kindly intervene and look into the matter and remove this unnecessary confusion. When will you wake up from a good night's sleep. If you continue working like this you will lose your goodwill. This is the reason I have not renewed my contribution. Such lethargy is not acceptable from such a reputed national daily. Let's hope that the matter is resolved soon, lest I am compelled to approach higher authorities.
