Hindustan Times — vendor not providing newspaper

I Alisha jindal subscribed for rs 699, form# 5354002, cheque no 076108, Axis bank. I subscribe on 19/12/14 bt till now newspaper wasnt recived. At the end of the month I will have to provide one coupon to the vendor . More then the month passed, nobody turned up since then . Vendor is asking fr all coupon at same time but(according to hintustan times policy we need to provide only one coupon a month).we would be thankful to you if you could take the necessary action.for any info. contact undersigned.
