Hi All, This is to bring to notice of all consumers/customers of Hindustan Unilever Pureit to aware of the Pureit Germkill kit scam. It happened to me when i ordered the GermKill kit online through their official website, the executive has came with open package and charged 890 including service charges for the first time and placed the Germkill kit of 400 Rs. I didn't know about the ongoing scam it in first instance. The Germkill kit didn't last longer as promised in their sites of 3000 litres. I doubt it was less than 1000 litres. When i ordered for the second time, the executive again came with loose packets and by then i realized there is something wrong, so they got the 800 Rs. Germkill kit this time but it was fake or used one which didn't even last for a month. Also, this time the executive got Germkill Processor of 800 Rs and remaining two parts of 400. Which i realised when got the order for third time. When i ordered for third time, I requested for giving the seal packet in hand, but this time again i was shocked to see that the seals were tampered. This is really disappointing from a company who claims to world s largest selling purifier company. I could like to make every one be aware of this company and post their scams if you are also one of the victim. i could find many other posts about the scam on various sites.
