I am a resident of North Delhi and my family is reguar user of TRESEMME Shampoo as well as conditioner.Recently, we have again purchased your shampoo in October, 2015 but we were surprised on using it as the development of lather didn't seem to be perfect and moreover it also did not remove the oil from the hair as it used to do earlier.
So, I would request you to kindly arrange for the checking of the product, so that a strict action can be taken against the shopkeeper if it is a duplicate one. As it also effects the reputation of such a good brand.
